1.Introduction

5.Deposits and Withdrawals

gh888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via a range of payment methods supported for the Bangladesh market. The following rules govern all financial transactions on the Platform.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. gh888 reserves the right to amend minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits at any time, with notice provided via the Platform where reasonably practicable.
• All deposits must be made from payment accounts or wallets registered in the Member's own name. gh888 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned and the transaction voided.

6.Bonuses and Promotions

gh888 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific conditions stated in the individual promotion's terms.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in each individual promotion's terms and conditions.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible game categories as specified in the relevant promotion. Wagers placed on ineligible games will not count towards the wagering requirement and may, at gh888's discretion, be deducted from the bonus balance.

• Members may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously. The welcome bonus is available to new Members on their first deposit only and may not be claimed more than once per Member, per household, or per device.
• Bonuses will expire if the applicable wagering requirement is not met within the time limit stated in the promotion's individual terms. Expired bonus balances and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically without notification.

gh888 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus amount — together with any winnings attributable to that bonus — where it is determined that the bonus was claimed in breach of these Terms or the applicable promotion's individual conditions, including where duplicate accounts or fraudulent activity is identified.

7.Gameplay Rules

All games available on the gh888 Platform are provided by independent, third-party game studios. Game outcomes are determined by each provider's certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems, which are audited independently of gh888. The following rules apply to all gameplay on the Platform.

• gh888 accepts no responsibility for the outcome of any game. Game results are final once confirmed by the provider's system. Technical malfunctions void all bets placed during the affected period, and stakes will be returned to the affected Members.

8.Responsible Gaming

• Members may set deposit limits, loss limits, and session time reminders directly from their account settings at any time, without contacting customer support. These limits take effect immediately upon activation.
• Members may request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion from their account settings. Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed before the selected period expires. gh888 will use reasonable endeavours to enforce self-exclusion but accepts no liability if a Member circumvents this feature.

10.Account Suspension and Termination

• Where gh888 reasonably believes that the Member has breached any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct provisions in Section 9.
• Where continued operation of the account would, in gh888's reasonable assessment, expose gh888, its payment partners, or other Members to unacceptable legal, financial, or reputational risk.
• Where a Member voluntarily requests account closure. In this case, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any applicable bonus balance subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member via their verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

11.Intellectual Property

All content on the gh888 Platform, including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces provided by gh888 (as distinct from content provided by third-party game studios), software, and all other materials, is the property of gh888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit Members to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without gh888's prior written consent. Game content provided by third-party studios remains the intellectual property of those studios and is used by gh888 under licence.

12.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gh888's total liability to any Member in connection with their use of the Platform shall be limited as follows.

• gh888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a Member's use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from technical failures, interruptions to service, or delays in payment processing, except where such losses are directly caused by gh888's own gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
• gh888 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features. gh888 will endeavour to notify Members of scheduled downtime in advance where reasonably practicable.
• gh888's maximum aggregate liability to any individual Member in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to gh888 in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the relevant event.

13.Amendments to These Terms

gh888 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they meaningfully affect a Member's rights, obligations, or financial interests — gh888 will provide notice of the changes via the Platform or by email to the Member's registered address, where reasonably practicable, no less than 7 days before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10. The current version of these Terms is always available on this page and is identified by the "Last updated" date shown at the top of this document.

14.Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be construed in accordance with general principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming operators.
